　    阿里云优惠券 先领券再下单        6月30日，武汉世纪百捷网络科技有限公司（下称世纪百捷）突然发布公告，称公司计划依法启动清算程序。    武汉世纪百捷在公告中表示：“随着百度渠道模式的变革与百捷的业务合作即将终止，我们失去了收入来源，公司运营陷入了无法挽回的困境。”    这家有着22年历史的企业（官网显示巅峰时期员工超1000人）在公告中坦言，经过多轮业务转型尝试后，始终未能突破发展困局。    

         

    世纪百捷在官网中这样描述，自己是百度营销在湖北地区的总代理，立足湖北，辐射华中地区，多年来一直致力于帮助客户通过互联网打造品牌，高效实现数字化营销服务，年产值近二十亿元。     针对1000余名员工的去留问题，公司作出三点承诺：第一，结清截至6月30日的全部薪资；第二，依据《企业破产法》第113条优先保障员工权益；第三，设立专项工作组，在第三季度末前完成债务清理并公示个性化安置方案。    公告全文如下：

China's new-energy vehicle (NEV) sales in July accounted for more than 60 percent of the monthly new car sales for the first time, while the cumulative share for the first seven months also surpassed 50 percent, industry data showed on Wednesday.
In July alone, NEV output and sales reached over 1.57 million and 1.56 million units, up 26.8 percent and 23.7 percent year on year, according to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.
